Agora’s Real-Time Engagement 2021 event (RTE2021) was held on the 1st & 2nd of September; its objectives were to highlight the global community of innovators and creators using voice, video, and interactive technologies to build applications and platforms that foster meaningful human connections. This included solutions in gaming, media and entertainment, remote work and collaboration, wellness and fitness, among others. It was only fitting for Agora to design an event seeking to promote engagement, on a platform that is widely acclaimed for its ingenuity in providing event engagement solutions—the InEvent platform.
According to Suzanne Nguyen, the Senior Director of Brand Communications at Agora, the event required an interactive platform venue for speakers and the industry leader experts to talk to the audience and to engage with the audience.
To attain this, Agora needed to create a landing page that would contain all the information about the event. More so, they needed multiple breakout sessions and group rooms to adequately address the focal points of the event, some of which included using engagement tools to build social communities and metarverses, create unique education solutions and revolutionizing remote lifestyles through RTE innovations and technologies. They also needed an agenda to keep their attendees abreast with all the activities and sessions they have planned out for the event, whilst ensuring engagement in the highest forms.
