Como é calculado o seu preço?

Nosso modelo de preços é simples e transparente, cobrando por registro em seu plano selecionado. Não há taxas de instalação, taxas mensais ou quaisquer taxas ocultas.

O que conta como uma inscrição?

Um crédito de inscrição conta quando a pessoa preenche o formulário de inscrição ou é adicionada diretamente à lista de participantes. Listas personalizadas, listas de espera ou listas de convites não contam como créditos de inscrição.

InEvent tem um roteiro público?

Como faço para comprar um plano?

Como funcionam os upgrades?

You can upgrade any time by paying the difference between your current plan and your new plan. We do not allow downgrades at this time. For example, you can upgrade from the Basic to Express plan, but you cannot downgrade from the Full to the Basic plan. You can renew your account in 12-month increments, up to 5 years.

  • If you renew an equal or superior amount of credits, all your unused credits will still be available for use and all your data from past, current and future events will also be available.
  • If you renew a lower amount of credits, all your data is kept safe and available in the new plan. Previous registrations are no longer available.
  • If you renew a different plan, all your data is kept safe and available in the new plan. Previous registrations are no longer available.

If you do not renew your subscription, all your data is automatically deleted once the current subscription expires.

Can I have multiple subscriptions?

You can have multiple companies with InEvent credit transfer option under the same subscription. Using our switcher for multiple accounts, you can access all your accounts and manage your events. Please note that a new subscription cannot be added to the same company before the current subscription expires.

If you work with multiple clients or department regions, you can benefit from our credit transfer option. This option allows you to purchase credits on a consolidated invoice and share them among all your different companies, all within the same dashboard. Currently only companies created with the credit transfer option enabled are eligible to receive credit transfers. If you are already a customer, please reach out to your account executive to discuss your upgrade options.

Can my subscription be for one event only?

InEvent software is designed for long term use and multiple events throughout the year. Our state of the art implementation and continuous account support allows you to deploy small meetings to large scale experiences, all with the same subscription. Unfortunately, we will not be the best fit for your company if you only have one event and, at this time, we are precluded from selling you a subscription. The same applies if one of your events represents more than 40% of your subscription volume, our subscription will not be the best fit for your requirements.
